BlueTiger is a connected CD/DVD optical drive platform. BlueTiger reference solutions are comprised of a hardware platform (Servo-boards), a high quality CD/DVD Loader, and a customizeable software framework that enables manufacturers to significantly improve time-to-market and lower development costs when responding to new market opportunities in media convergence.

CD-8X is the latest generation of servo-boards, which currently consists of the CD-84, CD-88 and UFB-8X. Apart from the code being constantly improved and upgraded, we switched the communication from I²C to UART.
